CH Scribe originated in January 2021 out of necessity. As a parent company, our employees were spending an extraordinary amount of time on the Clubhouse platform. We started to see the beta up-leveling of the platform during the third week of December 2020.

At that point, the rooms were still rather small and manageable. A large business-related room may have had 500 listeners if that much. As word quickly spread and Clubhouse issued more invitations to beta users the rooms started to amp up.

By the second week of January, room sizes were climbing to over 1000 and things were getting chaotic inside the larger rooms. Fast forward, just one week, and it started to become common to see rooms over 1K.

We kept hearing the room moderators describe how they were feverishly trying to take notes while the room was Live....and how much they were missing. Plus, it drew their attention away from the actual responsibilities of moderating, like bringing people to the stage, interacting with follow-up questions, and maintaining room decorum and rules.

Then along came Elon Musk - and the most anticipated room in the short life of Clubhouse.

As of this writing, with the feverish pitch at which Clubhouse is growing (all without any android users) it became obvious that there was a tremendous amount of usable content being shared on the platform.

With the general encouragement from the "powers that be" on Clubhouse to not record the rooms, much of the amazing content was being lost. You could hear room moderators trying to take notes, but with multiple speakers chiming in, it was clearly impossible to scribe all the gems being offered in the rooms.

That need was met with the launch of CH Scribe!

CH Scribes started transcribing rooms in real-time, with a stable of professional transcriptions who could be available in all time zone.

But it didn't stop there. What we found was that room moderators and speakers wanted to extract the content from their rooms to use on their blogs and social media accounts.

CH Scribe was then tasked with turning those transcriptions into blog posts and social media posts.

Now we are transcribing multiple rooms a day and producing up to 4 blog posts or a minimum of 25 pieces of social media content for each hour of transcription we deliver.

Long story short - CH Scribe will transcribe your room in real-time, using multiple transcriptionists. Then, if you need content, we'll turn the room transcript into unique and perfectly written content for your websites and social media platforms.
